We watch your home as though it was our own. We offer highly skilled maintenance of your homes’ systems, inside and out, regular upkeep, custom improvement projects, and management of unexpected repairs.
The mountain environment takes it toll on homes. With Sage, you can relax, knowing that your property is in the best hands while you are not there.
With home watch, we will also prepare your home for your family’s arrival, for a perfect stay every time.
Rental Services
We provide a customizable suite of short term and long-term rental services to fit your needs and allow you to enjoy your investment to its fullest.
Short term services include: Responsible Agent (local contact), turnover, general maintenance and project management, staging / updating, and more, for self-managed STR properties.
Long-term rental properties benefit from having a local contact in the community, when issues arise, and also to oversee projects from maintenance to custom improvements.
Provisioning
Experience your destination from the moment you arrive. Select from a variety of provisions that showcase local food and beverages, products, and specialities, customized to suit your needs.
Bundles range from a few items to get you settled in (local drinks, snacks and coffee), to flower arrangements, meal kits and local pastries to avoid that first day grocery run.
Provisioning includes tips on the local scene and discounts for some of our favorites. We will connect you with the best the county has to offer.
